This Policy explains how RealisticRNG Auditable Raffle handles personal data, in compliance with international privacy principles and Brazil’s LGPD.

The data processed by this application is controlled by:

Based in Brazil.

2. What data we collect

The RealisticRNG Raffle collects only the minimum data required to operate:

  • Payment data, processed by Stripe;
  • Technical logs necessary for audit, fraud prevention and system stability;
  • Cryptographic hashes used to generate the Technical Proof.

Important: The participant list used in the raffle is not transmitted to the server. It stays entirely inside the user's browser.

3. Purpose of data processing

  • To unlock the raffle for paid lists or optional receipt generation;
  • To produce verifiable technical logs for audits;
  • To comply with legal and antifraud obligations;
  • To operate and secure the application.

4. Legal basis

  • Contract execution: to process the raffle and technical proof;
  • User consent: using the website implies agreement with this Policy;
  • Legitimate interest: to prevent abuse and maintain system integrity;
  • Legal obligation: minimal log retention when required.

5. Third-party sharing

Data is shared only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing;
  • Mercado Pago (only in BR version).

6. Security

  • Hashes are irreversible and cannot reconstruct the participant list;
  • The server never receives the name list;
  • No sensitive personal data (ID, address, documents) is requested;
  • Logs are securely stored and available only for formal audits.

7. User rights

Users may request:

  • Access to technical data related to their transaction;
  • Information about retention and storage;
  • Clarifications regarding data processing.

8. Retention

  • Technical logs may be retained for audit, compliance or fraud-prevention;
  • Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe according to their policies.

The current version of this Policy is always the one published on this page. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.

This Policy is governed by the laws of Brazil. The agreed legal venue is Manhuaçu/MG.
