REALISTICRNG • AUDITABLE RAFFLE

1. About the service

RealisticRNG Raffle is a tool that automatically selects a random name from the list provided by the user. It does not sell tickets, manage bets or operate prize distributions.

2. Free and paid usage

• Up to 20 names: the raffle is free;
• The free raffle does not include the Technical Proof;
• The user may request the Technical Proof by paying US$ 1.00 via Stripe;
• With 21 names or more: payment is mandatory to unlock the raffle;
• Stripe processes all payments; RealisticRNG does not store any credit card data.

3. Technical Proof

The Technical Proof includes verifiable hashes, a unique ID, timestamp and other elements that allow later verification. It does not replace legal requirements, regulations or compliance procedures applicable to raffles or promotional campaigns.

4. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Preparing the participant list according to their own rules or promotion policies;
• Ensuring they have the lawful right to use participant names;
• Storing and distributing the Technical Proof when needed;
• Complying with local, state, national and international regulations applicable to raffles, giveaways or promotions.

5. Limitation of liability

RealisticRNG is not responsible for:

• User-created participant lists, including duplicates or mistakes;
• Interpretation of the Technical Proof by third parties;
• Legal compliance of the user’s own promotions;
• Any outcome arising from incorrect use of the platform.

6. Privacy and data protection

• Participant names remain in the user's browser and are not sent to the server;
• The server receives only payment data (processed by Stripe) and the Technical Proof hashes;
• A full Privacy Policy will be published soon.

7. Technical auditing

In special cases, users may request a formal technical review from the RealisticRNG team, as described on the “Transparency & Mathematical Proof” page.

8. Changes to these Terms

This document may be updated at any time. The version published on this page is always the most recent one.

9. Legal venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Manhuaçu, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
